REFUND, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from Parijat Blooms, you agree to be bound by this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. GENERAL POLICY (STRICT – NO REFUNDS)
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items):
- We do NOT offer refunds in monetary form under any circumstances.
- Eligible cases will be resolved only via replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to:

Once cancellation is approved, store credit will be issued.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Any refusal at delivery will still be treated as a completed order.
3. NO RETURN POLICY (HYGIENE CLAUSE)
- Products once delivered cannot be returned.
- This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all customers.
4. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT
We only consider requests under the following conditions:
- Damaged product (physical damage during transit)
- Leakage or tampered packaging
- Broken seal
- Incorrect product delivered
5. MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS
To be eligible for exchange/store credit:
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the issue
- Order details
Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the claim.
6. APPROVAL & INSPECTION
All requests are subject to verification and approval by Parijat Blooms. We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any request.
Claims will be rejected if:
- Product is used, altered, or tampered with
- Damage is due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Claim is raised after the allowed timeframe
- Insufficient proof is provided
7. RESOLUTION PROCESS
Upon approval, we may offer:
a). Replacement
- A replacement product of the same item will be shipped (subject to availability).
b). Store Credit (Primary Mode)
- Issued as a credit note
- Can be used for future purchases on our platform
- Validity and usage terms may be defined at our discretion
8. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
- Shipping charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable)
- Convenience fees
9. REVERSE PICKUP / SELF-SHIP (IF REQUIRED)
In certain cases:
- We may arrange reverse pickup, OR
- Ask you to self-ship the product
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Courier proof must be shared within 7 days
Failure to comply may result in claim rejection.
10. BUNDLED / COMBO PRODUCTS
- If the product is part of a bundle: the entire bundle must be considered for any exchange/store credit request
- Partial claims may not be accepted
11. FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to:
- Reject suspicious or repeated claims
- Block users engaging in abuse of policy
- Take legal action in case of fraudulent activity
12. PROCESSING TIMELINE
- Claim review: 3–5 business days
- Resolution (replacement/store credit): 7–15 business days
Timelines may vary due to logistics or operational constraints.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In line with our Terms & Conditions:
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the product value or INR 1,000 (whichever is lower)
14. POLICY OVERRIDES
Promotional offers, sales, or special campaigns may have separate conditions. Such conditions will override this policy where explicitly stated.
15. FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions regarding claims, approvals, store credits, and replacements shall be at the sole discretion of Parijat Blooms, and shall be final and binding.
