STEP 1 — Fill

Run a warm bath or fill a large tub/bowl for a foot soak. Warm water helps the Epsom Salt dissolve fully.

Add 1–2 handfuls (roughly ½ cup) of Lingar to the water and stir gently. Watch the watermelon red and green bloom as the oil blend releases.

Soak for 15–20 minutes, or long enough for the Epsom Salt to work into tired muscles. Let the watermelon aroma carry you somewhere tropical.
