STEP 1 — Fill

Run a warm bath or fill a large tub/bowl for a foot soak. Warm water helps the Epsom Salt dissolve fully.

STEP 2 — Add

Add 1–2 handfuls (roughly ½ cup) of Kalm to the water and stir gently. Watch the lavender purple bloom as the buds and oil blend release.

STEP 3 — Soak

Soak for 15–20 minutes, or long enough for the Epsom Salt to work into tired muscles. Breathe in the lavender and let your mind unwind.

STEP 4 — Rinse & Rest

Rinse off with plain water if you like, and pat dry. Best used in the evening — let the calm carry you straight into a better night's sleep.
