STEP 1 — Fill

Run a warm bath or fill a large tub/bowl for a foot soak. Warm water helps the Epsom Salt dissolve fully.

Add 1–2 handfuls (roughly ½ cup) of Moito to the water and stir gently. Watch the lemon yellow and mint green bloom as the buds and oil blend release.

Soak for 15–20 minutes, or long enough for the Epsom Salt to work into tired muscles. Breathe in the lemon and mint and let yourself feel awake and recharged.
